What are chakras?
The word chakra comes from the ancient Indian Sanskrit word and represents the energy center of the body. Each person’s body has seven chakras, including the root chakra, sacral chakra, naval chakra, heart chakra, throat chakra, third eye chakra and crown chakra, which correspond to and govern the seven parts of the human body. The ancient Indians believed that if the chakras were out of balance, the body would be unwell, confused, or emotionally abnormal; On the contrary, if the seven chakras are balanced, the body and mind will naturally be comfortable, which will positively affect our lives.
