How to use

When used sage, it is usually lit from the tail of the grass, and after about 10-15 seconds of ignition, the grass will start to smoke. After a certain period of time, the grass will automatically and slowly stop burning. Each time the sage is used, it is not burned neatly, but the amount of burning is adjusted according to the needs, and the next time it is used, it can be used again in the place where it was burned last time.

If you are afraid that burned neatly will be too smoked, you can also disassemble the grass and use it leaf by leaf.

If you have not tried to use sage before, it is also recommended not to burn it for too long when using it for the first time, you can try to light it for about 5 seconds, wait for yourself to adapt to the smell, and then adjust the burning time according to your preferences.

Caution

1. Lactating women are banned, pregnant women are best not to use (the aroma of sage will affect lactation, pregnant women can use Palo Santo instead).

2. The material of the container for burning sage should be non-combustible, non-thermally conductive, and not crack when heated, and it is not recommended to use metal, paper, plastic or crystal container materials to avoid danger.
