Order status explanation

On-hold:

The order is received but we haven’t confirm your payment.

Please upload your payment proof or send to us via whatsapp.

If you have already provided your payment proof, please allow 1-2 days for us to confirm the payment.

Your order will not be handled until the funds have cleared in our account.

 

Processing:

We have confirmed your payment.

We will process the order and prepare the parcel as soon as possible.

The processing time may vary according to different products types.

In stock items:

After receiving your order and payment, we normally need 1-2 days of order processing time to ready the parcel and send to the courier.

Pre-order items:

We will need to wait for the products to arrive at our warehouse before shipping them to you.

Please refer to individual product page for the exact time needed for different pre-order items to be shipped.

 

Completed:

We have prepared your parcel.

For shipping orders:

We have sent the parcel to courier. You should be able to see the shipment tracking number.

For in store pick up orders:

The parcel is ready for pick up in our studio. Please visit our studio any time during our opening hour to pick up your order
